Welcome to BJ's Quilt Basket, Central Oregon's largest quilting and sewing supply store. With a 5,600 square-foot store we have over 4000 bolts of fine fabric and notions, books and magazines. PILLOWCASE, MAKE A DIFFERENCE
American Patchwork & Quilting 1 Million Pillowcase Challenge
BJ's Quilt Basket has joined in the 1 Million Pillowcase Challenge. American Patchwork & Quilting is challenging quilters and sewers to make and donate 1 million pillowcases to local charities. APQ's message is Make a pillowcase, make a difference. Many organizations and causes can benefit, including nursing homes, cancer treatment centers, domestic violence shelters, foster kids. APQ has a variety of pillowcases patterns available on their site, or you can use your own We will be offering workshops once a month, use your stash or we are offering a pillowcase kit at a reduced price. Make 1 or a pile of pillowcases, donate them to a cause that you believe in, or bring them to us and we will find a home for them in our community.
