Returns & Exchange Policy »
We hope you’ll love your purchases, but in case you need to make a return or exchange, our policy is simple: Please return the item by mail, with the original packing slip, within 30 days. If applicable, as noted below, a full refund will be made in the original form of payment. Exchanges of in-stock merchandise will be mailed out within 3 business days of receipt of the returned item; if the item is not in stock, we will contact you with the anticipated delivery date.
- All cut fabric purchases are final except where damaged.
- All book and pattern purchases are final per Federal Copyright law and cannot be returned, exchanged or redeemed for cash (unless damaged or required by state law).
- Notions can be returned or exchanged if unused and in original packaging; damaged notions will be replaced at no charge.
- All gift card purchases are final. Gift cards cannot be returned, exchanged or redeemed for cash (unless required by state law), and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
